Membership Application

All NARI members must submit a membership application and pass a license, insurance, and general background check before being accepting into NARI. Please fill out the below form to submit your application securely and electronically. Or, you can click here to download a printable version of the membership application. Please note, your membership application, whether online or mailed in, must be submitted with your first annual membership due of $630.00. If your application is denied for any reason, this will be refunded to you in full. Membership decisions are usually made within 3-5 business days. Dues are renewable annually on the anniversary of joining NARI.
